Handcrafted in Oregon, it is our goal to bring you fresh, healthy, and flavorful pasta with locally grown ingredients.
Our Story:
Inspired by a love of pasta and fresh vegetables, Julie and Wayne Huisman founded Esotico, LLC. With their love of gardening they envisioned the creation of fresh pasta infused with the wonderful flavors from ingredients grown locally.
This same affinity for fresh flavored pasta is continued with our company’s dedicated owner: Barry Bronson. Barry was a full-time food commodities trader and part-time pasta enthusiast. That is, until the middle of 2019 where he decided to pursue his love for pasta and make it his full-time focus.

Esotico is dedicated to providing healthy, flavorful ingredients. As often as possible ingredients will come from local farmers or our own garden, grown without harmful insecticides or chemicals.
Our flavored artisan pastas are available at farmers markets and retail stores throughout Oregon and in southern Washington.
