We make artisan goat cheeses made in scenic Skamokawa, Washington.
1/2 lb butter for $5. 1 dozen eggs for $5. Cheese curds all kinds for $5. Madrone cheese for $12. Brie cheese for $10. Sitka cheese at $2/oz. Same for Little Island Sharp. Chevre all flavors for $8. Feta all varieties for $8. Feta Marinade for $15. Cajeta (caramel) for $8.
Goats milk has no lactose in it.
We have both fresh, unaged cheese as well as aged.
We have adopted most of our cheese making techniques from the French with aging caves and all.
