Our space was designed to inspire people to explore and experience the entire coffee journey and the many hands around the world that are involved in the production.
From the moment you walk in you will see our photos we took from a sourcing trip to Guatemala featured on the wall showing the entire coffee process. You will also see the the use of shipping container metal and doors to highlight how our coffees are shipped, the couches are upholstered in Latin American blankets, and there is a large map painted on the floor.
Our hope is to inspire people with the entire narrative of the coffee they are enjoying. We roast all of our coffee in house on a 5kg Mill City Roaster creating exceptional blends and single origins for both our shop and wholesale for several other shops and restaurants around San Diego and Orange County.
Our coffee bar features an array of espresso and specialty drinks, along with direct trade pour overs, teas, and local pastries.
