At our shop nearly everything is created by hand using wholesome products like locally grown apples, fresh-roasted nuts, ground spices, old-fashioned molasses, cane sugar, wholesome cream and large quantities of Guittard’s bulk chocolate slabs. Using recipes passed down from her mother and aunts, Amy and her helpers create heavenly confections exactly like you would if you had the time, patience and expertise.
