Baby Blue Pizza is Portland’s first and only vegan woodfired pizza cart. They’re known for their crust, handmade from naturally leavened dough. They feature innovative toppings and weekly specials that attract both herbivores and omnivores.
Baby Blue is the culmination of a void found in the vegan pizza scene. An approach to mindfully made pizza made with quality plant-based ingredients that tastes damn good.
We began our doughy journey making pizzas in the backyards of close friendโs. After we received positive feedback and catering inquires we decided to give Baby Blue itโs name and we began doing small pop-ups in town.
After launching a successful Kickstarter campaign with the help of Portlandโs foodie community we were able to start the process of opening our food cart.
Our approach to pizza is simple, make it good, make it tasty, and make it from the heart. We are focused on the quality of our pizza, and ethical intention.
