Bastion was started by two best friends, who grew up on the same street & love coffee!
Everything we roast is purchased from farms at a Fair Trade rate. Emphasizing the importance of Fair Trade coffee becoming a standard in the coffee industry couldn’t be more important to us.
We then package everything in an Earth Friendly way, using little to no plastic. Instead, our labels & bags are compostable as well as our fully compostable cotton string used to tie the bags together.
(The string is our answer to avoiding those wasteful plastic tin-ties that are often seen on other coffee bags).
