Baked by Sara is a micro-bakery in Multnomah Village. Sara’s very pampered wyld yeast levain (sourdough starter) is used in all of BBS’s breads to ensure the best flavor for you.
BBS’s sourdough is often vegan! Each loaf is handcrafted just like the wood-fired oven used to bake it all. The flour is locally sourced and sustainability is built into the bakery at every opportunity.
