For me, food is like meditation.
I remember sitting up on the counter watching my mom cook when I was a kid. I remember the smell in my grandma’s house when she would make zucchini relish.
When I learned about the power of living food that is not only delicious but also medicinal, I was fascinated.
My mission is to make high quality, organic, slow-fermented food more accessible and quite possibly more fun. My biggest joy is helping customers experience the healing power and the deliciousness of food that is alive.
