The Fujii Family has been farming along the Columbia River in Troutdale, Oregon since 1943 providing the west coast with some of Oregon’s finest berries.

The third generation farm is carried on by Ray Fujii; raising 120 acres of Strawberries, Raspberries, Blueberries, and Blackberries.

The roots of Fujii Farms started in 1943 with Bukichi Fujii raising berries and vegetables in Troutdale, Oregon.

As the sons of Bucichi pursued various careers James the middle son continued the passion growing Strawberries, Raspberries and Blackberries.

Jim expanded the farm into one of the largest Berry operations in the Northwest. Where in the mid 1970’s through the early 80’s he employed over 600 school kids from the Portland metropolitan area to harvest the 600 acres of berries, for berry preseves.

In the early 1990’s Jim Fujii started the transition of selling a majority of the berries to fresh market outlets.

Today Ray Fujii, Jims youngest son, has carried on the tradition and has downsized the farm to a more managable volume. This will guarantee the Fujii berry flavor and quaility for your table.
