Ginger Grill was started by Nasy Chan who has years of experience with Asian, Latin, and American cuisine which is what inspired the recipes she has created for the establishment. She started working in the food business when she was 5 years old where she helped her mother to sell food in the open street market in Southeast Asia. Her ethnicity is Cambodian, Chinese, and Vietnamese and she has spent majority of her life living in Southeast Asia and the Philippines. Her goal is to provide delicious Asian Fusion dishes using only premium, quality, and healthy ingredients, such as gluten free, low carb, low sodium, low fat, no MSG added, and no additives or preservatives.
