Welcome to Rivelli’s Pizzelles, your number one source for Pizzelles. We are dedicated to giving you the very best Italian waffle cookie, with a focus on taste and quality. This traditional Italian waffle cookie, originates from the Southern Italy region of Abruzzo.
As a homage to the spirit of our Italian roots and coveted recipes, Rivelli’s Pizzelles was born. While traditionally flavored with anise (black licorice), we have greatly expanded on this single flavor to add some of our own family favorites.
We originally debuted 3 flavors at a local Bazaar in Portland, Oregon: vanilla, chocolate and anise. Soon after, we added caramel and lemon. Since then, we have continued to expand.
We uphold the quality that generations of families have come to expect from our pizzelles. Our commitment is that each pizzelle bearing the Rivelli name has been made with the utmost attention to detail and is sure to delight!
We are on a mission to share our family traditions with people all around the world. We want to share the versatility of the Pizzelle.
We encourage people to take our pizzelle cookies and pair them with coffee/tea, or get creative and make pizzelle ice cream sandwiches, layered pizzelle whipped cream (or favorite filling) cake, pizzelle s’mores, dipped pizzelle in chocolate, pie filling, or yogurt- the possibilities are endless.
